BRIEF:
Enhance the employees’ skill in Email writing, public speaking and understanding cultural differences.
RESULT:
A game based toolkit which consists of 3 mini-games. 2 of them are focused on peer learning where players award badges to each other. The third one is run by 2 facilitators and followed by debriefing sessions.

HIQUEST
BRIEF:
A CSR project to create a boardgame that
teaches highschoolers important human values.
RESULT:
A boardgame designed to be played in the classroom where highschoolers complete challenges by working together in teams while learning about topics such as gender equality, inclusion, or human rights.

LAB GAME
BRIEF:
Turn the “Not Knowing” book by Steven D’Souza and Diana Renner into a game that brings the concepts from the book to life.
RESULT:
A game that coaches managers to deal with the unknown. It does so by using the key concepts of the book, which were transformed into game mechanics.
